Simply a special place to create beautiful memories with the Pacific Ocean, stunning beach bluffs, sandy beaches, world-class golf courses, the Half Moon Bay Ritz, Navio Restaurant, Mullins Restaurant, and the Coastal Trail to easily connect you to nature and the rest of the Coastside by bike or foot.
When I asked the Seller what she liked about this home, this is what she said.
"My favorite aspect of the property is that we can live in a beach community with the Half Moon Bay “mellow” vibe yet still have access to all of the Bay Area.
We ride our bikes to the Brewery, walk to the Ritz, body surf in the ocean, have bonfires on the sand - it’s a total escape from the hustle/bustle of Silicon Valley.
Whether it’s sitting in the hot tub after a good swim, or listening to the waves crash as we fall asleep, we make no career sacrifices in order to have the best of both worlds."
Live and play golf at Half Moon Bay’s 36 holes of championship oceanfront tracts with 5 tees to choose from. Challenge the Arnold Palmer designed Old Course or the Arthur Hill Scottish Links style Ocean Course, both finishing at the spectacular Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Play along the bluffs at “Palmer Corner” framed by the blue Pacific Ocean and one of golf’s highest-ranked holes in the country. Casual dining at Mullins sports bar provides a sweet finish for a stunner of a day.

Half Moon Bay is an incorporated city with an idyllic main street dating back to approximately 1840. There is an old fashioned charm to this town while at the same time signs of modern advances emerge as the community continues to be noticed for its rare offerings, especially from nearby San Francisco and Silicon Valley residents.
The city offers a wide array of entertainment and free fun for such a small city. With two spectacular golf courses, the Ritz Carlton, several award-winning restaurants, trails for hiking and biking, and beautiful buildings and shops along Main Street, there is plenty to do for those with a little extra time to enjoy their surroundings. A local farmer’s market is set up from April to November each year in downtown Half Moon Bay. Known for its Pumpkin Festival, very October, people come into town from near and far to enjoy two days of popular food, music, art, shopping, contests, and of course pumpkins. There’s even a “hometown” parade.
It's an reasonable commute from Half Moon Bay to San Francisco, SFO, Silicon Valley Peninsula/South Bay and The East Bay. It is the ideal spot for those who telecommute/work from home.
